Continuing Education
If you have obtained your contractor's license before August 31, 2010, you will need to acquire a full 14 hours of CONTINUING EDUCATION; September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011, you will need to acquire 7 hours of CONTINUING EDUCATION for your 2012 license renewal.
If you have obtained your license any time after August 31, 2011 you are not yet required to acquire any CONTINUING EDUCATION hours.

14 Hours - March 24th & 25th, 2012- Includes lunch both days - $260

2 Hours (Advanced Accessibility Code 2010) - March 24th, 2012 - 2 REQUIRED Hours - $60
Cam Tech offers a 2 hour Advanced Accessibility Code class. With many changes and revisions to the Florida Building Code, a one hour course could only touch on Advanced Accessibility Codes 2010. Come away from this 2 hour class armed with a complete understanding of the Advanced Accessibility Code changes and updates. You can purchase this course a la carte to complete your Continuing Education required hours, or attend as part of our 14 hour or 7 hour Continuing Education package.

If you are unsure about how many or what kind of continuing education hours you need, you can login to your DBPR account online and verify before signing up. Go to www.myfloridalicense.com and click on "Licensee Login".
